MP Backs Calls for a Ban on the Third-Party Sale of Puppies

This week Ynys Môn MP Albert Owen has backed ‘Lucy’s Law’, aimed at preventing the commercial sale of dogs by anyone other than the breeder. The new legislation means that a puppy for sale can only be shown to prospective owner if it is together with its biological mother.
